Terms of Service - SilyTrack

These terms of service govern access to and use of the SilyTrack platform, published by SilyTrack SAS. By using our service, you accept these terms in their entirety.

1. Purpose of the Service

SilyTrack is a logistics management platform that enables transport agencies, SMEs and shipping professionals to register, track and manage their packages. The service includes package registration, real-time tracking, automatic notifications (SMS and email), correspondent management, analytical dashboards and QR code and tracking link generation.

2. Registration and User Account

Access to SilyTrack requires creating an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities carried out from your account. In case of unauthorized use of your account, you must inform us immediately.

3. Subscriptions and Pricing

SilyTrack offers several subscription plans (Starter, Business, Enterprise) with distinct features and volume limits. Prices are listed in US dollars and billed monthly. A 30-day free trial is offered with no commitment and no credit card required. Any pricing changes will be communicated with 30 days notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SilyTrack in compliance with the law and these terms. It is prohibited to use the platform for illegal activities, attempt to compromise system security, transmit malicious content, resell access to the service without authorization, or use the service for shipping packages containing prohibited or regulated goods.

5. User Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into SilyTrack (package information, customer data, correspondent contacts). SilyTrack commits to not using your data for purposes other than providing the service. You can export your data at any time. Upon termination, your data remains accessible for 30 days.

6. Intellectual Property

The SilyTrack platform, including its source code, interface, logos, documentation and all its components, is protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the duration of your subscription.

7. Availability and Limitation of Liability

SilyTrack strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We shall not be liable for indirect damages related to the use of the service, data losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, or delays or loss of packages, as SilyTrack is a management tool and not a carrier.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. SilyTrack reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these terms, with prior notification except in case of emergency.

9. Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. The courts of Paris shall have jurisdiction over any dispute. For any questions regarding these terms, you can contact us at: support@silytrack.com.
