Privacy Policy

We collect data that you provide directly: account information (name, email, phone), organization information (agency name, address, logo), package-related data (senders, recipients, addresses, weights, descriptions), and your correspondents' contact details. We also automatically collect technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and access timestamps.

Your data is used to provide and improve the SilyTrack service, manage your account and subscription, send notifications related to your packages (SMS and emails), generate reports and analytics for your activity, provide technical support, and send you service-related communications (updates, maintenance). We never use your data for third-party advertising purposes.

The processing of your data is based on the performance of the service contract (your SilyTrack subscription), your consent for SMS and email notifications to your customers, our legitimate interest in improving the service and security, and our legal obligations regarding billing and accounting.

Your data is never sold to third parties. It may be shared with our technical subcontractors (cloud hosting, SMS service, email service) who are contractually bound to protect your data. Sharing may also occur in case of legal obligation upon request from a competent authority. Package tracking data is accessible to recipients via the tracking link you generate.

Your data is hosted in secure and certified datacenters. We implement protective measures including SSL/TLS encryption for all communications, encryption of sensitive data at rest, automated daily backups, role-based access control (OWNER, ADMIN, MANAGER, CORRESPONDENT, VIEWER), and regular security audits.

SilyTrack uses cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the service: authentication cookies to maintain your session, preference cookies for language and display theme. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. No consent is required for these essential cookies in accordance with regulations.

In accordance with GDPR and applicable laws, you have the following rights: right of access to your personal data, right to rectify inaccurate data, right to erasure of your data, right to data portability (export your data), right to object and restrict processing, and right to withdraw your consent at any time. Your account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and 30 days after termination to allow you to export it. Package data is retained for 3 years for traceability and legal obligations. Technical logs are retained for 12 months. Billing data is retained in accordance with accounting obligations (10 years).
